  We live out of town but were recently visiting family in the area. It was a HOT and STEAMY Saturday but we were hoping to help do some chores but the brand new power washer we brought to clean the siding wouldn't work. After a failed attempt at renting one for the day and getting worn out from trying to do it by hand, I called Midwest Softwash and Mike was at the house in less than 20 minutes! He gave us a quote and was there to clean the house 4 days later! (This is unheard of for a company like this where we live) My mom says the house, gutters and soffits haven't looked this great in years. Mike was super nice, extremely helpful and professional and was very accommodating when I requested that the invoice be sent to me instead of my mom, where the work was done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Charleston and the surrounding communities.
